In addition, Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is dedicated to ensuring we are available to keep our communities healthy, educated, and informed of our services.

Our neighborhood centers offer affordable, high-quality care for families - their kids and grandparents. We help when they're hurting – and even when they're not. Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician who is passionate about community health and family medicine
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations

Position Details: 

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic hours vary by location

Position highlights:

• Base compensation $114k - $128k. With productivity and patient satisfaction measures, total potential compensation ranges from $135k - $148k
• $15k Hiring Bonus
• $20K Relocation Allowance
• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or a Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
