Responsible for coordinating the administration of ADA for all of YNHHS. Has general knowledge of ADA to provide guidance to employees on ADA paperwork completion.
Working closely with the Sr. HRConnect Specialist and ADA Coordinator, maintains tracking of ADA requests and follows up with HR Business Partner and Occ Health as needed to ensure timely decisions are made.
Sends out all communications to employees to ensure timely notification of ADA requests.

Responsibilities
Tracks each case to ensure timely decisions are made. Works closely with the Sr HRConnect Specialist and ADA Coordinator when items are late so follow-up can be made.
Escalates to HR Business Partners as appropriate.
This would apply to new applicants as well as active employees.
7. Actively seeks for ways to improve the ADA process by creating workflows and working with other areas of HR.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
EXPERIENCE
3 to 5 years in HR, preferably with ADA or LOA experience.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Excellent active listening, oral and written communication skills. Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to effectively use a wide variety of technologies and systems. Ability to multi-task across different computer systems
