1.1 Facility Manager will provide day to day leadership and work with staff to provide high performance and a customer service-oriented work environment.
2. AUTHORITY
2.1 Works with assigned maintenance, housekeeping. porters and laundry staff to perform daily work; assists with the direction needed to perform work in a timely and professional manner.

EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years in Maintenace in a long-term care facility and 3 years of management experience
LICENSURE
Must have a current drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Ability to keep records, ability to communicate and collaborate with all staff, vendors and hospital staff. All responsibilities listed and other duties that may be deemed necessary
