The role

A Facilities Maintenance Technician navigates a dynamic and varied day, beginning with task prioritization, including urgent repairs and scheduled maintenance. Their responsibilities span across fixing minor issues, conducting complex system checks, and responding to spontaneous maintenance requests, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills. Effective time management is essential to balance these duties while maintaining meticulous records of all activities for future reference. Safety protocols are rigorously followed to ensure a secure environment. The day wraps up with a review of completed tasks, documentation updates, and preparation for the upcoming schedule, offering the satisfaction of contributing to the facility's smooth and safe operation.
