Job Description

Reports finished goods and component items based on capacity requirements.

• Communicates short and long-term customer production
• Ensures timely output of product in response to customer orders analyse, address and communicate production issues in a timely manner;

workto develop solutions and improve production performance.

• Publish and perform root cause analysis in Actual vs. Scheduled Production, Downtime and Company KPIs.
• Calculates resulting requirements for raw materials, WIP, purchases parts and packaging based on MRP methodology.
• Coordinates equipment repairs or maintenance with appropriate personnel with zero impact to customers.
• Plans, coordinates and executes product bank builds in accordance tocompany policies
• Participation in physical inventory.
• Participates inLaunch, Balance Out and End Change meetings.

• Quality System : Understand, apply and meet all function-related Quality requirements.
• Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) : Understand, apply and meet all function-related EHS requirements.
• Product Safety : Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements.

• Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned locationready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote).

Education Level Bachelor's Level Degree Area of Study : Production Scheduling, Supply Chain Management or similar. *Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.

Experience Level,

Skills, Knowledge) 2-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the field. Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.

Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
