Traffic Coordinator
The YES Network, the #1 Regional Sports Network in the country, seeks a Traffic Coordinator to join its Traffic team, based in NYC. If you enjoy working in energetic, dynamic and fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to join the YES Network team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and issue daily scripts for sponsored features in live games.
- Coordinate artwork with Graphics Dept. for sponsored features.
- Provide support to Promotion Team - includes scheduling promos in daily logs, coordinating materials, managing inventory and handling late change.
- Edit WideOrbit logs and program formats.
- Manage sponsored feature clips in SnapStream and Premiere Pro for ad sales.
- Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a Traffic Department.
- Working knowledge of Traffic Operations and how it relates to live sports.
- Proficiency in and working knowledge of WideOrbit Traffic System.
- Knowledge of Broadcast Operations and how it relates to other departments.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, fulfilling priorities and meeting deadlines.
