Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.

$20 - $25 hourly

• Document Preparation: Work closely with our attorneys and clients to prepare a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and other related legal instruments.
• Customization: Tailor estate planning documents to suit each client's individual circumstances, taking into account their specific assets, beneficiaries, and personal preferences.
• Legal Research: Stay up-to-date with estate planning laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure the documents drafted are compliant and effective.
• Client Consultation: Collaborate with our attorneys during client consultations to gather essential information and provide valuable insights regarding estate planning options.
• Quality Assurance: Review and edit drafted documents to maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Collaborative Support: Liaise with our legal support team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination in delivering top-notch service to our clients.
• Client Communication: Assist in explaining complex legal terms and implications to clients, offering clarity and peace of mind throughout the drafting process.

• Applicants must have excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Proficient with MS Office products
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
