What are the responsibilities and job description for the Freelance Photographer position at Yardi Matrix?
Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contracts available for photographers in or willing to travel around the greater Avon Park/Sebring/Lake Placid metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 17 MULTIFAMILY (APARTMENT) properties starting ASAP and lasting approx. 1 week.
Interested applicants must have a digital camera, high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. Please note that this work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required.
15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox link. Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour. (*We try to minimize driving time/distance, however assignments are sent out on a first-come first-serve basis.)
