About the Role:

Yardi is in search of an experienced Executive Assistant to play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support to several company executives. In this role, you will be tasked with managing executive schedules, efficiently handling correspondence, accurately completing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing meetings, and actively assisting with various projects and presentations.

What You'll Do:

  • Plans and organizes meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, preparing agendas and other meeting materials, and coordinating catering when necessary.
  • Organizes and prepares communications, including composing and editing emails and drafting memos.
  • Answers and responds to phone calls, communicates messages and information.
  • Maintains confidential and sensitive information.
  • Attends meetings and takes notes of discussions; prepares the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and special reports for meetings, presentations, and special projects.
  • Prepares, reconciles, and submits expense reports.
  • Coordinates travel, manages complex itineraries, maintains travel profiles, preferences, and loyalty programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including supporting other departments as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five plus (5 ) years of experience providing administrative support, preferably supporting C-Level executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and business partnering skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners.
  • Excellent communications skills, including strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Experience with domestic and international business travel arrangements.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Required Commitments:

  • Expected to work from the specified office location on a full-time basis, five days per week.
  • Regular attendance and maintaining a consistent work schedule are fundamental aspects of this role.

Annual compensation range $86,400 - $95,400
