About the Role:

Yardi is actively seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in transforming and advancing our digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will be at the forefront of deploying cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and reputation management. Collaborate intimately with clients, delving into their unique marketing visions and objectives, and craft tailored strategies that bring their goals to life. You will not only consult and execute these strategies but also refine and enhance them, using Yardi's proven methodologies and industry-leading best practices. Essential Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains strong customer relationships and provides dedicated support to develop and optimize each client's overall marketing strategy.
• Consults with clients on various digital marketing services; offers recommendations to enhance performance.
• Implements digital marketing services in accordance with client's needs and Yardi's standardized procedures and best practices.
• Trains clients on Yardi products and services; effectively communicates updates and changes.
• Manages and monitors marketing efforts across all platforms.
• Develops marketing copy for approval.
• Prepares and provides monthly marketing performance reports.
• Conducts site audits to identify issues affecting digital marketing performance.
• Anticipates client's needs and proactively provides solutions.
• Maintains a solid understanding of Yardi's digital marketing services and client consultation procedures; stays current on industry trends and best practices.
• Assists with training of Associate Marketing Specialists
• Collaborates with all Yardi teams to share knowledge and develop and test new strategies.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimal Three (3) to Five (5) years' digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Working knowledge of PPC tactics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency with modern marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Knowledge of current content management systems
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
