What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Administrator position at Yaskawa America, Inc.?
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Oak Creek, WI location. This is a full-time opportunity supporting the Production Department. In this role you will be providing a wide range of administrative support services such as: processing documents, preparing reports, managing timecards, reviewing time-off requests, and administering systems, projects and procedures. This role will service and support production associates as well as be the liaison between other departments.
The ideal candidate will have a BS degree or equivalent work experience along with 2 years of administrative experience supporting a senior-level manager. The candidate must have strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. To be successful in this role you should be proficient in Microsoft Office products as well as general business systems understanding (SAP preferred).
