Ours is the Real Estate company we are looking for an experienced and seasoned Bookkeeper. Position is responsible for building, overseeing and supporting the financial team. This includes accurate and timely property accounting, cash management, portfolio administration, and reporting to lenders.
Must have experience with and understand Property Management.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Detailed working knowledge of Rent Rolls and Reconciliations
Day to Day Accounting Operations and Processes, including periodic General Ledger Review
Monthly and Annual Financial Reporting and Cash Flow Projections and Budgets
Supervise/Review all Accounting Functions including Staff, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Bank Reconciliations
Bank, Lender and CPA, Tax Consultant Liaison, including arranging for project financing and required periodic reporting to banks
Annual Financial Plan. Lead the annual preparation and track monthly, make recommendations if off track.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in GSuite, Excel, Quickbooks.
Experience and understanding of real estate terms and concepts is preferred.
