Job Description

This paralegal is responsible for working within personal injury pre-litigation and litigation files. The role also involves assisting on gathering information from clients and courts for post-conviction expungement and pardon work. The role focuses on drafting and moving Client's cases through litigation and pre-litigation processes.

• Experience with Georgia personal injury litigation
• Experience preparing discovery requests and responses

• Understanding of Court Systems in Georgia and Tennessee

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
