Responsibilities
In addition to the core RN job duties and responsibilities plans and coordinates the daily Cardiovascular Imaging Services clinical nursing operations ensuring delivery of quality patient services.
Qualifications
Minimum
Three years of general registered nursing experience
- Current valid Arizona or compact RN state license
Working knowledge of all department medical equipment
Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider certification
Current AHA ACLS certification
- Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills by passing EKG test or successfully completing basic EKG class/modules within six months of hire
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
Ability to work under pressure while demonstrating critical thinking skills
Demonstrate basic knowledge of conflict management skills
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
Preferred
Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred
