Accounts Receivable Clerk

Duties:

-Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Manage accounts receivable by invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (Spanish speaking preferred)

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in accounting or accounts receivable role
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, revenue cycle management, and technical accounting principles
- Proficiency in data entry and using accounting software systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
