Our Directors are caring, decisive, and detail oriented (you have to be when you're discussing days off with a teacher and a toddler is crawling on you!) We give our Directors and our Teachers opportunities to grow professionally within YBR! At YBR you truly are responsible for your success, and all the while you are supported by a team of other amazing local Directors and leaders!

Currently we are looking to hire a Director for our Eden Prairie location!

We also have 2 new sites opening up in Golden Valley & Burnsville later this year and looking to add a Director to both sites as well!

Requirements

• If you want to be a Director with #TeamYBR you will need to be able to:
• Keep track of all licensing requirements both in the classrooms and in the school’s files
• Maintain strong staff and family rapport
• Perform Tours & Family interactions
• Pass a background check
• Understand Minnesota Licensing Rule 3
• Perform reviews and classroom observations regularly and in a timely manner
• Multitask and Time Manage well
• Continue learning through every situation
