About the Role:

The Care Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless facilitation of treatment services for families and clients. This position involves close coordination with families, therapists, and BCBA professionals to guarantee effective service delivery and maintain the highest standards of care. We offer room for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

·         Coordinating Treatment & Monitoring.

·         Ensuring all our families have appropriate therapists and staff.

·         Staffing Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team & Orientation.

·         Collaborating with BCBA's/LBA's and peers to oversee client progress.

·         Software Management for therapists and clinicians.

Ideal Candidate:

·         Passionate about helping children with ASD.

·         Must be organized and industrious.

·         Must be able to maintain good personnel relations and employee morale.

·         (Preferred) Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD and/or other Behavioral/Developmental deficits.

·         Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children's goals and development.

·         High school diploma or equivalent required.
