Responsible for:

• Personal care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Household tasks: Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and running errands.
• Medication management: Reminding the individual to take their medications and ensuring they take them properly.
• Companionship: Providing emotional support, conversation, and engagement in activities.
• Mobility assistance: Helping with ambulation and transfers.
• Health monitoring: Observing and reporting changes in the individual's health and well-being to healthcare providers.
• Safety supervision: Ensuring the individual's safety and making sure their living environment is safe and secure.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS certification is required
• Proof of COVID test
• 18 years old and above
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to document appropriately on worksheets provided by licensed staff
• Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug screening
