Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual to assist in managing our eBay shipping processes. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with eBay, used electronics, and shipping software. This role requires the ability to be on your feet for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs comfortably, and it entails a keen eye for monitoring supply levels and timely restocking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor shipping and handling processes for our eBay sales
• Ensure timely pickup and dispatch of all packages to meet strict deadlines
• Monitor and maintain sufficient supply levels; communicate needs for restocking when necessary
• Organize, create, and follow systematic procedures to streamline our operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate effectively with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Familiarity with eBay platform, used electronics, or shipping software
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and other physical tasks
• Strong communication skills, with a willingness to ask questions and learn
• Proven ability to work within strict deadlines and under pressure
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not essential
