About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and ambitious candidate to hit the ground running because we need the help yesterday. The candidate must be resourceful and always thinking about the customer. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. Starting salary is just that, starting. Expect 1-2 years in this role before moving up.
Other job titles we were considering for this role: Chief of Staff, Growth Hacker, Project Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of real work experience, ideally in a fast paced startup environment
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree from a four year university
- Tech savvy (can learn new tech quickly)
- Customer service experience in any capacity "the customer is always right"
- Highly skilled in MS Excel and Google Sheets (vlookups for sure)
- Growth hacker mentality
