What are the responsibilities and job description for the MAT Director position at YesCare?
Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare is preferred.
- Active Social Worker license or Certified in Substance Abuse Disorder is required.
- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience is a must; Experience in a Criminal Justice
- setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medication-assisted treatment modalities, including opioid agonist therapies
- (e.g., methadone, buprenorphine) and antagonist therapies (e.g., naltrexone).
- Experience in multi-site/multi-state operations preferred.
- Supervisory experience (clinical or general) preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Must be available for national travel.
A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for the expansion and enhancement of MAT programs on a national level.
- Collaborate with correctional facilities, treatment centers, and community organizations to establish MAT initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to the provision of MAT services.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on MAT best practices, including medication administration, patient monitoring, and behavioral interventions.
- Establish quality assurance measures to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of MAT programs.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to MAT program outcomes, patient demographics, and treatment utilization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings, trends, and performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
