Minimum: Maximum: Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Job Type: Full time Job Title: National Service Account Coordinator Job Description: GENERAL PURPOSE: To coordinate and assist the operations team in the management of daily workflow. This includes communication, updates, and requests to the service offices, customers, and internal team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming phone calls from customers, on-site technicians, and service offices Organizing the incoming work orders from the customers Typing and dispatching detailed work orders to the YESCO network and subcontractors Organizing and maintaining constant communication on each work order by providing updates and information in multiple online platforms Collaboration and communication with assigned team Assisting the Account Manager with weekly customer reports and overall work in progress MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend customer meetings Various internal customer projects and data cleanup Account setup Submitting quotes and estimates to customers NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS: Has direct contact with the national customer base, the service providing offices, and co-workers that also oversee the account(s). These include National Service management, Account Managers, and Business Development team.
