We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Mathematics teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to create an engaging and challenging classroom environment with a demonstrated commitment to students and their success. We're looking for someone who prioritizes communication and engagement, and who is capable of regularly assessing student progress.
Responsibilities:
- Know the basic concepts of complex numbers and modular arithmetic.
- Have a solid grasp on the branches of mathematics involved in teaching middle school math.
- Understand how to engage students with exciting math problems.
- Have strong teamwork and communication skills, especially with other teachers.
- Be able to control the classroom, despite student distractions.
- Be able to teach algebra and geometry to middle schoolers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100.00 per hour
