Job Summary:

Leads the design, creation and implementation of marketing programs to support expansion and growth of Yetter Manufacturing services and products, primarily focusing on conducting market research and producing printed and digital promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists Sales/Marketing Manager and contracted marketing and web companies to develop print and digital marketing strategies.
  • Analyzes sales data and responds with revisions or enhancements to current marketing strategies as indicated from conclusions drawn from the data.
  • Primary contact and company source for marketing and website vendors.
  • Manage and maintain website content.
  • Manage all digital campaigns.
  • Manage all online social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google , etc.)
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic and engagement across all online accounts using appropriate methods.
  • Take pictures, video and drone footage of products static and in the field.
  • Assemble and edit video and picture footage for print and digital marketing material.
  • Conduct research and analysis of competitors’ marketing trends, strengths and opportunities.
  • Compose press releases and new product information documentation.
  • Assist with annual product catalog working with internal Sales team and outside vendor.
  • Create and order promotional products for farm shows/events.
  • Provide customer service by taking calls from the 800 line and assisting customers to resolve issues.
  • Recommends, develops and implements strategies to further the company’s position in the market place.
  • Other duties as assigned by Sales/Marketing Manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Agriculture or related field preferred.
  • Excellent technical and business writing skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in editing and publishing all forms of media.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn and use various other software programs as indicated or directed.
  • Online marketing and social media experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal; for safety, productivity and performance must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask, prioritize work and meet established deadlines; must be able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of agriculture preferred.
  • Must exhibit a constant commitment to teamwork along with exemplary customer service with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and projects.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • This position requires the physical abilities and dexterity to operate all standard office equipment, including but not limited to: computers, keyboards, telephone, scanners, fax machines, copy machines, calculator.
  • This position requires visual, verbal and hearing acuity: must have vision ability to perform work and see a computer screen or written material; must be able to talk and hear with the ability to answer the telephone or communicate in person.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours.
  • Occasionally exposed to inclement weather and seasonal temperatures.
