About The Role:
We’re seeking our first General Manager of APAC to build and lead our growing APAC business. You will be responsible for APAC functions including Revenue and Product to scale our team and develop a strategy for growth. This role will report to our Chief Revenue Officer, James Hart, and will be located in Singapore or Hong Kong.
As Our GM of APAC, You Will:
- Define our short-term and long-term strategic goals and oversee day to day operations of our APAC team to ensure these goals are met
- Own the APAC P&L and work in partnership with our CFO to manage team budgets
- Work closely with our sales and CS teams to execute strategies to constantly improve ARR growth, retention, client satisfaction and successfully expand our relationships
- Build on existing processes around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, sales execution, deployment and revenue realization and maintain efficiency around reporting
- Work in partnership with the product teams to determine required ROI for product launches and help allocate resources to the highest priority projects with alignment to go-to-market strategy
- Be responsible for opening a new office in APAC and leading existing offices in HK and Shanghai.
- Work in partnership with our People Operations and IT departments to establish a safe and pleasant workplace at all office locations in APAC
- Identify new business initiatives and M&A opportunities
- Ensure our highly engaged, motivated and high performing team constantly improve and as our business grows, our culture scales with it
- Develop a strong organizational structure, and mentor existing functional leaders to ensure our team is happy and performs at the highest level

- You have multiple years of experience in a leadership role for a data, SaaS or market research business and have operated at a similar scale
- You have brought a product to market with your team and successfully driven growth
