Seeking an empathetic Mental Health Therapist looking for meaningful work with the geriatric population in Centerville!
We provide internal medicine and behavioral health services to the residents of Skill Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities across 10 states. Our goal is to preserve and improve human life through superior clinical care -- if this resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you.

- Compensation: $60-80K for LCSWs and $80-100K for Psychologists
- Bonus structure for conducting more than 25 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, daytime shifts
- No requirements to work nights, weekends or off-hours
- Document and chart remotely
- 100% Therapy role - no discharge planning or case management
What we’re looking for
- Indiana Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Someone interested or experienced working with geriatrics
- Someone experienced working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care facility
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible
- Able to work onsite in Centerville
