Childcare Food Services Staff:
The Childcare Food Service staff is responsible for preparing and serving meals in one of the YMCA's 5 Early Learning Centers. As a Childcare Food Service staff, you will:
- Follow pre-established menus in accordance with state and federal regulations and, when necessary, make changes to the menu that are compliant with the food program.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of food and supplies and ensure that the kitchen is neat and organized.
- Be responsible for daily paperwork, meal counts, temperature checks, etc.
- Occasionally assist in the Early Learning Center classrooms, as needed. Must be comfortable working with children (infants to five years old).
Childcare Food Services Staff Pay & Benefits:
- $15.57/hour
- Full Time (40 hours per week)

- 12% Retirement Plan - The YMCA will automatically contribute an additional 12% of the eligible employee's monthly income into their YMCA Retirement Plan.
Childcare Food Services Staff Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- 6 months of food service experience
