- Ensure that the YMCA of Central Ohio is in compliance with all Community Shelter Board/ Homeless Management Information System requirements and that all data entered is complete and accurate
- Participates and makes recommendations for CQI management meetings.
- Oversees and processes participant movement in Columbus Service Point for the programs according to regulatory standards
- Provides training to staff on Clarity (New CSP data system) and remains current with system changes and data needs. Communicates changes and provides ongoing support to program and intake staff.
- Works with staff to obtain missing documentation for program participants 7. Maintains a working knowledge of updated funder requirements
- Work closely with staff to communicate compliance, reporting and quality concerns.
- Ensure the quality of data, compliance, assisting with user issues and provide reports.
- Collect, input, analyze and assure quality of data in Columbus Service Point.
- Attend all Community Shelter Board required trainings and maintain all required certifications
- Participate in all audits
- Manages Internal PR & C audits for the team and provides reports to Executive Directors, Program Directors and Grants and Compliance Directors.
- Provides monthly dashboard data to Program Directors.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly supervises at least 1 individual.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the association's policies and applicable federal and state laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; developing, coaching, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree required, bachelor degree preferred, and at least two years of experience in a similar position, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to create, interpret and implement technical reports and documents; and use various computer programs such as Homeless Management Information System, CTK, Word, Excel, internet, and email.
- Experience working with the homeless and low-income individuals in a housing environment is preferred
- Ability to respond well in crisis situations
- Must be able to adapt to changes in program requirements in a timely manner.

- Understanding of the nature and purpose of the YMCA and the respective roles of volunteers and staff.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

Data and Compliance Manager will utilize a “team management” approach while working with shelter/community housing (inclusive of RRH)staff and program participants to ensure accurate data entry and analysis of Homeless Management Information System data and reports. Supervises the QA Specialists on the HMIS Compliance team and is an CSP Administrator.
