The Arena Attendant is responsible for assisting with the overall day to day concession stand operations providing food/beverages and information to patrons.
Job Skills / Requirements
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Minimum age of 16.
• Team player with personal commitment to YMCA Mission, Philosophy & Character Development Values.
• Personable, outgoing, and service oriented
• Selling concessions and handling transactions
• Stocking supplies
• Cleaning the arena after shift which includes concession stand, bathrooms, floors, bleachers, etc…
• Ability to resolve issues or conflicts on the field
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Extremely organized, accurate, and proficient
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to hear, see, speak, lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
STATUS: Part-time, Non-Exempt
STARTING SALARY: $13.00/hour
