Accountant Federal Grant
The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking an experienced full-time Federal Grant Accountant responsible for the implementation of government fiscal policies and procedures to assure all grants and contracts are submitted, processed, and administered in a manner compliant with federal, state, local and organizational requirements. In addition, this position will be responsible for grant/project budget development, fiscal analysis, reconciliations, management of pre- and post-award accounting and reporting and monitoring compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required with a minimum of three or more years of related Federal, state, or local government experience. The ability to work effectively with inflexible deadlines and with staff members at all levels is essential. Must be able to analyze complex information and manage confidential matters appropriately.
