The YMCA of the Chippewa Valley is looking to add a Business Analyst to our association support staff team. This position will be overseeing things such as 3rd party/corporate billing, payroll, and our IT systems. This position can also be flexible with office location, and has the potential to work partially from home. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as the subject matter expert for technology resources by answering questions and providing solutions pertaining to technology equipment and software.
· Provide a basic level of training to users on system functions and features.
· Manage Daxko to meet the needs of users by optimizing system efficiency and ensuring system and data integrity to provide a database of meaningful information for analytical reporting.
· Provide documented system procedures, user training, help desk support, and rollout support for new functionality of Daxko. Understand system configuration and how to troubleshoot system issues on the front end.
· Build and maintain a strong relationship to applicable partners/vendors (Daxko, Spectrum, TSI, EOJohnson, Imagineering, True Lock, etc)
· Oversee all 3rd party billing: preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and setting up corporate accounts.
· Ensure programs get entered into Daxko correctly and by deadlines.
· Develop a weekly and monthly audit process. Implement, evaluate, and reporting findings to ensure clean data.
· Add and maintain existing cost centers, deduction and earning codes, and ensure accurate GL set up and naming conventions.
· Oversee and run payroll biweekly. This includes ensuring reimbursements are entered, any garnishments are entered and being withheld, pay rates are up to date, new tax forms are processed, timecards are processed, etc.
· Prepare journal entries to record payroll activity and prepare uploads for retirement, benefits, and witholdings.
· Provide payroll reports related to employee contributions withholding, budgeting, etc.
· All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
