Camp Maintenance Director 2
Position Summary:
Leads and coordinates all camp building, renovation, construction, and expansion projects. Assists with general camp maintenance, repairs, custodial, and landscaping duties.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate and lead all camp renovation and construction.
- Personally lead work on all camp building projects.
- Maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage all subcontractors required.
- Order materials and supplies for all projects.
- Maintain appropriate records on all projects.
- Coordinate with the County as needed for all projects.
- Assist with general maintenance and labor at camp including housekeeping and groundskeeping.
- Assists in checking Camp for safety hazards and reports any deficiency.
- Assists with the upkeep and preventative maintenance schedule of all vehicles.
- Attend all staff meetings, trainings and other YMCA functions as required by Supervisor.
- Maintain open lines of communication with staff and supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of related experience required.
- Contractor’s license preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and skill in multiple building trades.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
- Basic understanding of the upkeep, care and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Criminal Clearance, health screening with negative TB, and negative drug test screening.
- Complete all required online trainings.
- CPR and First Aid preferred.
