The Ozarks Regional YMCA is located in the beautiful Ozarks of Southwest Missouri. We are a progressive association that has been serving our communities for over 125 years made up of 6 branches located in Hollister (Branson), Lebanon, Monett, Cassville, and the Springfield area; 1 program center located in Buffalo; a resident camp; and our School Age Services sites throughout the area.

The Ozarks Regional YMCA is seeking a strong YMCA Professional to continue to grow and have a lasting and positive impact on the community we serve at our Pat Jones Family YMCA in Springfield, MO. The Pat Jones YMCA has 2,400 units (6,100 members) and an operating budget of $2,000,000.
Must be able to demonstrate a history of successful fundraising, strong fiscal management skills, supervisory skills, marketing and public relations experience, and a history of effective volunteer management
Dedicated to the Ozarks Regional YMCA and be deliberate in reaching outlined goals. Candidate must exemplify the YMCA Core Values and be able to communicate the YMCA Mission effectively.
Lead a team of staff and volunteers focused on relationship building, member retention, member sales, and excellence in service to maintain an environment that advances the mission, vision, and programs.
Develop, administer, and maintain effective and efficient operation and accountability for the branch and its annual budget.
Provide leadership to and coordination of the Annual Giving Campaign, capital campaigns, and other fundraising events.
Collaborate with staff to maximize the success of center operations in fundraising, staff development, member sales and engagement and financial management.
Role model collaborative leadership behaviors and hold staff accountable for demonstrating the same.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse community leaders as a basis for financial develop and identification and implementation of responsive programs for the community we serve – work with social, civic and local organizations to develop partnerships, where appropriate, to engage and utilize volunteers
Ensure appropriate implementation of Y programs through direct supervision of branch staff
Provide leadership and support to Center Board volunteers and work collaboratively with Center Board Chair to build an engaged and informed board of volunteer

Possess a four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
YMCA of the USA Organizational Leader Certification and five years of progressive YMCA experience preferred
