We are looking to hire a Sales /Reservation Associate  , a modern  newly built Hotel  with  all updated amenities ..  The position is based in New York State  within Sullivan County close to Monticello.

if you like to accept call from customer and covert call into business this is perfect position for you

You will get incentive for each call converted to business .

This is full time job with PTO after satisfactory completion of 90 days probation period.




  • Experienced guest service  with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality.
  • Minimum one years experience  in sales and revenue management of hospitalities industries
  • Must be able to  work in a hectic and diverse work environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities
  • Must be able to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering different products
  • Implements approved sales plans and action plans as directed.
  • Develops and searches for potential markets for hotel.
  • Maintains competitive analysis statistical information.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Must possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
