Who Are We? We are a non-profit organization that is committed to helping families in the Greeley community with childcare. We are an employee based childcare center for Yoder Family of Companies and we also support childcare needs for first responders of the City of Greeley, and church members of Journey Christian Church.
What Would You Do? The right candidate will have a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include supporting and assisting the lead teacher and ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of the children under our care. The right candidate will manage and care for children throughout the day.
What Will You Be Responsible For
Classroom Management & Child Development
Create and maintain a warm and secure classroom atmosphere, fostering a sense of safety and love for the children
Implement daily curriculum activities tailored to the developmental needs of the children
Follow weekly lesson plans, ensuring a well-structured and organized learning environment
Provide high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all infants in the classroom
Build strong and supportive relationships with parents, collaborating closely to ensure the best possible care for their children
Ensure the classroom is safe, organized, and clean at all times, providing an optimal space for learning and play
Assist with classroom management, scheduling, and daily child routines.
Administrative
Completes any required daily forms such as child tracking sheets, attendance records, and other paperwork such as incident/accident reports.
Assist in various tasks and projects as needed to support the overall functioning of the daycare center
Assist with managing the classroom app (Tadpoles), including taking pictures and other daily reports of naps, diaper changes, meals, and other activities
Assist with other duties as assigned
Do you have the necessary education and experience?
High school diploma or GED is required.
PDIS credential level 1 or higher or in the process of completing certification requirements
1 years of experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, nursery, or similar setting is preferred

Compensation, Hourly, Non-Exempt: $16.00-$21.25 DOE
