We are a cosmetic urology practice located in King of Prussia, Philadelphia. We are a private practice seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized medical receptionist to join our team. The candidate must be a quick learner, use good judgement, and have great communication skills. Flexible hours, hours can be negotiated. 10 to start, will go up from there.

Responsibilities
Reach out to new patients, follow up with post-op patients, assist in replenishing inventory, coordinate consultations, obtain payments, schedule patients, collect medical information and consent, coordinate day to day logistics in growing practice, assist in hiring.
Aid in setting up EMR functions.
Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
Maintain confidentiality of all patient records
Perform other duties as assigned

Must be flexible
Must be able to handle interruptions and deal effectively with confidential information
Experience
One to two years in a medical office (preferred)
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
