Experience with Epicor, Dynamics or NetSuite ERP systems
Must have Quote to Cash skills (Order to Cash/Procure to Pay)

Responsibilities:
Assist in administering Epicor system tasks.
Serve as a liaison with Epicor support and implementation partners.
Handle triage and support for end-user Epicor requests and incidents.
Assist in developing customizations, reports, dashboards, and BPMs to meet organizational needs.
Generate Epicor reports using queries, dashboards, or SSRS reports.
Provide training and support to Epicor end-users across multiple modules in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in Epicor table structures and data usage.
Basic understanding of Epicor applications in relation to business processes and administration.
Ability to quickly grasp the business operations to ensure solutions align with business needs.
Effective communication skills with employees at varying levels of technical understanding.
Knowledge of database administration.
Intermediate programming skills.
Familiarity with networking configuration.
Ability to comprehend and interpret technical documents and regulations.
Proficient in presenting information to various audiences.
Capability to understand complex operations and utilize advanced computer operations and software features.
