Executive Assistant/Public Policy Specialist
needed for a contract
opportunity with Yoh's client based in Washington D.C.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage complex scheduling and other affairs for Head of Office and Corporate EVP, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics.
- Support government relations, public policy, and communications teams on relevant, fast-paced issues as they arise.
- Perform general office duties, such as onboarding vendors, processing invoices, and maintaining records management systems.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Thrives in a fast-paced, office environment
- Familiar with federal legislative process, federal agencies, and relevant third parties and associations
- Skilled in traditional executive assistant duties (scheduling, expenses, travel) or willingness to learn these skills quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- BA degree
- 1 years of office experience
- White House / Capitol Hill internship experience
Pay Range:$35.00/hr. Paid weekly.
Contract Length:
12 months with the potential to be extended.
