Technical Lead
Responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead, guide the team's development efforts towards successful project delivery and application support
- Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements and strategic direction
- Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on premise and on AWS in a Containerized / Microservices Architecture
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through technical design, code reviews and implementation of best practices, adhering to LPL's SDLC and RM processes.
- Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test and maintain the various platforms and their integration with other systems.
- Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining platform road map.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a Tech Lead capacity, guiding the team's development efforts towards successful project delivery and application support
- 10 years of experience in hands-on design and implementation of complex systems, including developing solutions from scratch
- Experience integrating with third-party systems through building API gateways, creating SOAP and REST based service interfaces to deliver fast, reliable and scalable integration.
- 5 years of experience Full stack business and integration/data tier development experience with .Net Core (utilizing C# and SQL Server).
- 5 years of RDBMS application experience leveraging any of the following products: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySql.
- 2 years of experience with AWS end-to-end cloud development, deployment, fine-tuning for scalability and performance.
- 2 years of UI experience leveraging any of these UI frameworks: Angular (preferred), React, Typescript, CSS.
