Stakeholder Process Specialist (HYBRID)
Summary:
The Stakeholder Process Specialist provides coordination and process support for PJM's member committees and other PJM stakeholder groups. The Stakeholder Process Specialist works with the SP&E and Stakeholder Affairs team to support the implementation of strategies to build effective stakeholder support for issues that are considered in the PJM stakeholder process. The Stakeholder Process Specialist is responsible for assisting the Director, Stakeholder Affairs with the maintenance of the PJM Stakeholder Process Manual, supporting the identification and implementation of efficiencies to the stakeholder process, and supports the education of internal staff and stakeholders on PJM's processes and procedures.
Essential Functions:
* Assist with implementing processes and tools utilized in the stakeholder process.
* Maintain and analyze data associated with stakeholders
* Support stakeholders, committees and internal functions to effectively address emerging issues
* Develop and maintain a working knowledge of PJM's stakeholder process and its continual evolution.
* Assist with the maintenance of the PJM Stakeholder Process Manual and related documentation
* Support development of training materials and implementation of training
* Support onboarding of new stakeholder committees/groups
* Maintain and update website content and other supporting documentation resources
* Assist with the logistics, planning and coordination for meetings
Education:
BA in Business Administration
BS Political Science or equivalent work experience
Required Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to details and analytical skills
- 3-5 years of experience with internal and external customer service
- 3-5 years of experience assessing, identifying and implementing process improvements
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing data and identifying key themes
- Ability to visualize and solve complex problems
- Ability to understand business needs, while maintaining high level of customer service
- Ability to utilize a questioning mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with ISO/RTO stakeholder processes or another procedural-based process used to vet changes with impacted stakeholder
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ISO/RTO stakeholder processes
- Experience with the PJM stakeholder process, committee meeting format as well as voting procedure
- Experience with industry issues as they apply to the PJM stakeholder process
- Experience with PJM operations, markets, and planning functions
- Experience with Salesforce
