The Summer Office Staff’s core responsibilities revolve around supporting YohnCo’s corporate office full-time staff and officers, greeting customers, managing the phone lines, and light housekeeping. YohnCo’s office is fast-paced and each day will be different. Must love dogs. Primary responsibilities include:
· Greeter: screening walk in customers, providing customer care to guests (beverages)
· Phone screening: forwarding to appropriate staff, taking adequate messages
· Out of Office errands: post office, bank, groceries, other errands as needed
· Safety supplies inventory check
· Office maintenance and light cleaning: organizing, decluttering, and daily maintenance of kitchen, front desk, and paper shredding
· Copier technician: making copies/scans for staff and officers, reporting paper and toner supply, refilling paper
· General Office Work: packets, sorting mail, large scale mailing, organizing swag, filing
· Other duties as assigned which could include running the remote scale in the absence of trucking manager
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
