- Develop creative concepts and ideas for visual communication.
- Design high-quality graphic materials based on project requirements.
- Create visually stunning designs for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into captivating visual solutions.
- Communicate design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for web and print.
- Maintain consistent visual branding elements.
- Review designs for errors, typos, and quality control.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
- 5 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer, demonstrating expertise in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, and proficiency in cloud-based design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma (a plus).
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, color, and typography.
- Ability to interpret design briefs and provide creative visual solutions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- PC or laptop with a processor that has at least 8GB RAM, Intel Core i3 or equivalent, and Windows 10 (for both primary and backup equipment).
- Stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber), with internet backup such as Pocket WiFi or Mobile Hotspot.
- Ability to work the graveyard shift from 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM Philippine Time.
