The Field Engineers oversee product performance in the field and utilizes that knowledge to provide engineering support to customers, the YOHTA sales department, the tire design engineers, and manufacturing personnel based at YOHTA’s global affiliates. 50% of a field engineer’s time is spent time visiting customer locations within the US to understand how YOHTA products are being utilized and how they are performing. The other 50% of their time is spent planning field evaluations, analyzing claim and test data, reporting, and providing technical support to internal and external customers. Field engineers function independently with high level guidance from management. Strategic and technical oversight and leadership will be provided by the CTO for the YOHT Group. The candidate filling the open position will focus on AG, OTR and/or TBR tires.
