General Laborer

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work on a sheet metal fabrication production floor supporting various fabrication processes.
• Perform various steel fabrication work such as grinding, inserting, tapping holes, loading and off-loading powder coat line.

· actively participate in problem solving and process improvement activities

· attention to detail and quality oriented

• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for new associates that can be a strong team player, reliable and have received a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 years of experience as mechanical/basic assembler or general laborer.
• Flexible schedule is required; this position requires shift work as well as some weekend work.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
