Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified PMO Support Specialist to provide Property Book Officer (PBO) Civilian Support services to the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) S4 and PBO section located at Fort Stewart, GA. The Contractor will support the 1st ABCT with divesting and modernizing all heavy combat platforms and associated components in accordance with Department of the Army (DA) divestiture and modernization efforts.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
Shall be available between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.
Assist battalions (BN)s and the PBO with Class VII Acceptance of equipment to include preparing required paperwork for acceptance of equipment; processing all equipment; creating sub systems; verifying Unique Identifer Indicator (UII); filing paperwork IAW Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) and PBO standard properly; coordinating with multiple agencies in support of modernization; access and utilizing Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), Outlook, excel, powerpoint, Decision Support Tool (DST) and any other enterprise system.
Pull and analyze data and manage subordinate BN’s Proposed Sourcing Decisions (PSD) utilizing GCSS-A, Force Management System Website (FMS Web) and Lead Material Integrator Decision Support Tool (LMI-DST).
Analyze, update and publish the BDE Logistics Status and Readiness Reports.
Compile, publish, and print the monthly Logistics Readiness Review (LRR) and monthly Property reports to assist BDE staff with presentation and briefings. Utilize Sustainment Logistics Readiness Review (SLRR) data to publish and track FM operation efforts.
Communicate with Division and Corps regarding PSDs in LMI-DST.
Assist with the Marne Inspection Program (MIP) and Command Supply Discipline Programs (CSDP).
Assist with Staff Assistance Visits (SAV) to BNs requiring support with supply related functions such as; fieldings, divestitures, receiving issues, equipment turn in, and administrative functions.
Archive and organize historical logistical type documents (i.e.Marne Inspection Program (MIP) and Command Discipline Program (CDP) Inspection results).
Check with BDE Operations Section (S3) staff for operation order (OPORD) status and calendar of upcoming fieldings and inspections.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly filing and archiving of all PBO products and reports by section in order to maintain continuity and allow for future retrieval of the documents.
Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding FM Logistics, FM tracking, FM Briefing and Orders production, Modernization Tracking, Divestiture Tracking, and Synchronization programs tracking.
Prepare reports, briefs and attend additional meetings as requested during regular business hours.
Each contractor shall have a separate focus area but must be able to complete all of the above.
One Focus Area is fielding and modernization while building system of systems IN GCSS Army along with tracking Unique Individual items. This shall include working force modernization for this Modernized Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and beyond.
Another focus Area on Readiness reporting and requesting and receiving all classes from the Supply Support Agency (SSA) while clearing existing backlog in GCSS-A with for CL II and CL VII across the BDE.
Third focus Area shall be daily operations and providing, validating, and teaching Supply processes and procedures to logistics Soldiers utilizing brigade approved standard operating procedures and applicable Army regulations (AR 735-5, AR 710-2, DA PAM 71-2-1., DA PAM 710-2-2) within the ABCT. This will include providing daily transactions procedures such as filing, processing, and posting documentation.
Forth focus area will be on Monthly reports, daily processes and deployment operations. Unit Identifier Code (UIC) and Department of Defense Activity Address Directory (DoDAAC) creation/modification and deletion will be included.

Required Qualifications:
Experience working with LMI-DST, FMS Web, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-Army), Microsoft Office Suite.
Two (2) years experience in supporting Brigade modernization efforts.
Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to effectively carry out all contract requirements.
Shall be a U.S. citizen unless the provisions of Army Regulation 25-2, Information Assurance have been fully completed and approval has been granted by the Government for the non-U.S. citizen to perform the required support.
Clearance: Must pass a National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) investigation.
