Test Engineer

We are looking to add a Test Engineer to our team. If you are great at what you do, enjoy working in a startup environment, and are passionate about maintaining a workspace, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Learning operation and design of the Yotta SolarLEAF™.
• Performing Bench testing manually using SAS, power supplies, DC loads, and inverters.
• Performing testing using LabVIEW and Python scripts.
• Troubleshooting, debugging and reporting results.
• Proposing tests for performance coverage.
• Building and maintaining fixtures for testing.
• Learning and using temperature chambers for environmental testing.
• Participation in Lab methods, 5S, and ancillary activities.
Qualifications:
• Experience with electrical and electronics testing and common test instruments.
• A relevant college degree.
• Experience with creating and documenting testing results.
• Experience with Python or LabVIEW, or similar programming language.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently; Occasionally, over 50 pounds with assistance
• Ability to kneel and squat occasionally
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
• Ability to climb occasionally, and work at various heights
