Junior Analyst

You Are Here (YAH) is looking for a Junior Analyst to play a key role in supporting the analytics team and providing key clients with insights, measurement, and reporting. The ideal candidate in this role has 1 - 2 years of professional experience under their belt with a strong understanding of how research, data, and insights go hand in hand to prove the success of campaigns and programs, and ultimately drive businesses forward. This role is located in Atlanta with a hybrid in-person and remote work week. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage, analyze, and report on results for a variety of clients
• Prepare digestible, comprehensive reporting, inclusive of insights
• Assist with benchmarking and KPI identification for a portfolio of clients
• Conduct sponsorship and partnership valuations to assess and analyze ROI alignment
• Ability to understand and interpret business needs and leverage marketing data as proof points of success
• Ability to conversationally communicate findings to a variety of key stakeholders
• Use data and analytics to drive collaboration across agency teams and clients
• Produce real-time dashboards campaign performance reviews
• Bring knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools to ensure best-in-class results

Requirements:

• 1-2 year’s relevant work experience
• Must love numbers – big and small
• Ability to think with the ‘big picture’ in mind
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems through research, insight, and interpreting numerical trends and patterns
• Proficiency in digital – web, social – tracking, measurement, and reporting
• A strong, comfortable communicator and presenter both written and verbally
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, collaboratively, and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced Excel skills to include business modeling, macros, pivot tables, etc.
• Extremely comfortable and proficient in tools and platforms such as native social, Google Analytics, Tableau, Qualtrics, MRI/Scarborough, and data management software
