Product Manager/Director

YouAppi is looking for a Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product specification and work closely with the Engineering team to design solutions that meet overall strategy and architecture of the company’s products.
• Collaborate effectively with our global Business Development, Marketing, Ad Ops and Support teams to deliver winning products.
• Monitor and incorporate competitive performance, industry trends and customer feedback into overall roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Identify risks and opportunities and keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• 3 years of Product Management experience. Preferably – using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Extensive Ad Tech background with at least 2 years experience in the Ad Tech industry. Preferably- experience with programmatic buying using DSP.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Challenge and debate respectfully, while maintaining a low-ego and team-first mentality.
• Have the ability to drive a vision and influence cross-functional teams.
• Internal communication skills with both technical and business teams as well as interact with partners and clients.
• Proactive and ready and to roll up your sleeves to ensure that your products meet and exceed the highest standards of customer experience, technical precision, scalability, and profitability.
• Capable to manage several projects simultaneously without losing focus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Analytical and data-driven.
• You are very tech-savvy.
• Excellent English.

Advantage

• Experience with programmatic buying, DSPs, ad exchanges and SSPs,.
• Experience with big data/machine learning.
• Experience in UX/UI design process.
