YouFit offers compensation packages that are competitive in the industry. These packages typically include base pay, along with opportunities for additional earnings through commissions and/or bonuses. This is a part-time, hourly position.
Core Job Duties

Marketing Events: Coordinate, manage, and participate in marketing-related events.

Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses to generate leads and new memberships.

Lead Generation: Partner with the General Manager to generate corporate sales leads.

First Impressions: Create a positive first impression for all members and guests.

Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and operable facility that exceeds company standards.

Goal Contribution: Understand and contribute to monthly and quarterly goals and objectives.

Facility Tours: Conduct engaging “Quick Looks” around the facility.

Membership Sales: Generate new memberships and personal training clients.

Member Retention: Help retain members by addressing and escalating questions and concerns promptly.

Data Management: Maintain accurate data entry in all written and electronic forms.

Effective Communication: Communicate confidently via written, phone, and in-person interactions.

Program Presentation: Present YouFit membership and personal training programs with confidence.

Ongoing Training: Commit to ongoing training and development for self improvement and assisting in team development.

Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation and a strong work ethic.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with YouFit team members, including club and managerial staff.

Brand Ambassador: Represent YouFit Gyms professionally in attire, professionalism, and attitude.

Computer Literacy: Demonstrate Intermediate computer literacy skills for use of job-related software and technology

Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience providing outstanding customer service

Experience in sales and lead management

Effective English communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is favored

Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service

Proficient in multitasking, driven by self-motivation and a strong work ethic
