The HR Onboarding Specialist will work closely with HR Managers, Assistant Directors, and Program Managers to provide support in scheduling applicants and processing and Onboarding new hires. Responsibilities: Processes all new hire paperwork, communicates status to supervisors, and maintains databases. Participates in recruitment effort; assists onboarding; processes new hire forms and paperwork. Responds to all general HR inquiries, audits, and requests. Processes Justice Center background checks; communicates status to supervisors; maintains clearance database; conducts safety assessment.
